You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your cancellation by an unequivocal statement (for example via customer service form, in writing, by post, WhatsApp or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form (https://www.adastore.nl/forms/formulier_voor_herroeping.docx) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to cancel the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
