As a customer you can leave a review for products only if you have an account and if have purchased that product. This way Ada Store ensures the product reviews are real experience based.

Review authenticity is guaranteed through verified purchase requirements and human moderation team. Post-purchase links are integrated to ensure reviewers are actual customers, and Ada Store uses third-party tools from Trustpilot to audit reviews for fake, misleading, or inorganic content.

Ada Store also collects customer's review feedback from 3rd party platforms.

Both positive and negative reviews can be placed.

There are no reviews posted on the website that have been paid for.

Within 10 business days reviews are checked and posted.

Ada Store has the right to post only a selection of consumer-generated reviews on its website.In selecting reviews, Ada Store may take into account, among other things, general standards of decency, which shall be at Ada Store's sole discretion.

Key cases where reviews cannot be posted include:

1. Content Policy Violations

• Prohibited Content: Reviews containing hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or illegal material are blocked.
• Off-Topic/Irrelevant: Comments that do not focus on the customer experience, such as personal rants, political commentary, or social commentary, are prohibited.

• Offensive Language: Profanity or abusive, derogatory language will prevent a post.

2. Spam and Fake Content

• Spam/Commercial Links: Reviews containing URLs or links are often flagged as spam.
• Fake Reviews: Content suspected of being generated by bots, paid for, or written by accounts which are not natural (e.g., competitors, fake accounts) is blocked.

3. Account or Business Limitations

• Account Restrictions: If a user account has been flagged for suspicious activity (e.g., posting too many reviews at once), the account may be restricted.
• Inactivated Account: If the user deactivates their account, their reviews are removed.
