Report defect within the warranty period

For all items that you buy from us, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products, a manufacturer's guarantee also applies. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

We naturally offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us. For further information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions. If the purchased product has a defect, we must receive it back for processing.

Warranty process

To register the product for warranty, we ask you to send a letter via customer service form. In the letter you can mention the order number and that there is a defect. Please also describe the defect as extensively as possible, so that we can respond to it immediately. We will then contact you directly for further processing.
